Bryce Graham
Owner and CEO
Bryce grew up in Oregon where he started and participated in several businesses. His focus is working with entrepreneurs in emerging product or service markets and servicing their needs in real estate acquisition and development. Once the business is stabilized Bryce helps oversee asset management.
Eli Daugs
Owner and CFO
Eli grew up in Illinois and pursued a degree in Finance at
the University of Tampa. After completing his studies he embarked on his career in financial services as a Wealth Advisor.
Bryan Creighton
Founder and COO
Bryan served 13 years in the US Army and Army Reserves as a logistician. He has owned and operated a real estate brokerage and construction company among other businesses. He received his Bachelors in Business from Virginia Commonwealth University and is the key individual in resourcing and securing development deals.
Patricia Paglinawan
Office Manager
Pat has worked in many capacities and for companies such as Greystone Capital, Beech Street Capital, and Key Bank in processing and underwriting and most recently as a Senior FHA Underwriting Analyst.
